01 / The case
A virtual accounting firm that needed to earn trust from the first visit.
- Context
- SC Servicios Contables is a virtual accounting firm serving individuals, entrepreneurs and companies across Peru. It offers monthly bookkeeping, tax advice before SUNAT (Peru's tax authority), accounting and administrative management, and guidance on the most suitable tax regime.
- Challenge
- People looking for an accountant want their books in order and their tax obligations met without surprises. For a firm that works mostly remotely, the website had to explain a broad offer clearly, come across as serious and turn visits into concrete inquiries.
- Approach
- We organized the content around the questions of a client who doesn't know the firm yet: which services it offers, which plan fits, how the process works and who is behind it. Every page leads to a way to get in touch, and the formal requirements of a business in Peru, such as the complaints book, have their own place.
What we built
- Catalog of accounting, tax and administrative services.
- Plans and the client process explained step by step.
- Contact form and an online complaints book (libro de reclamaciones).
- WhatsApp contact with a pre-written opening message.
- FAQ plus company and legal pages.
- Forms processed on Cloudflare Workers, with email sent through Resend and spam protection from Cloudflare Turnstile.

What it makes possible
The firm has a channel of its own to present its services and receive inquiries through a form or WhatsApp, with an online complaints book and forms protected against automated submissions, on a content structure designed to take on new services and pages as the firm grows.
