01 / The case

An online store under the business's own brand, with no app to download.

Context
Linkia is a SaaS platform for local businesses in Peru (bakeries, cafés, restaurants and shops) that sell over WhatsApp and Instagram and need their catalogue, orders and loyalty programme in one place.
Challenge
Every business wanted its own store, but without commissioning custom development or asking customers to download an app. The challenge was to bring a storefront, real-time orders, Peruvian payment methods, loyalty and a complaints book into one platform that anyone could set up from a phone.
Approach
We built Linkia as a multi-business SaaS: each account publishes its store on its own subdomain and manages catalogue, orders, team and plans from a single dashboard. React on the front end, Supabase for authentication, real-time data and storage, and Culqi to charge for plans by card. The end customer's store is an installable PWA; loyalty tickets are checked with a phone number and an OTP code.

What we built

  1. An online store with its own subdomain, branding, categories and product modifiers.
  2. Real-time orders with a Kanban view, push notifications and WhatsApp alerts.
  3. Loyalty tickets tied to a phone number, with rewards, expiry and metrics.
  4. Payments with Yape, Plin, cash and bank transfer; cards through Culqi.
  5. A digital complaints book for Indecopi, with a tracking code.
  6. A dashboard for sales, unique customers and Excel-exportable reports.

Integrations

  • Culqi
  • Supabase (database, authentication and storage)
  • WhatsApp
  • Web Push

What it makes possible

More than 30 businesses already run on Linkia: they sell, take orders and build loyalty from the same platform. It is the kind of product that has to work without technical support in the middle, with many accounts, charges and notifications sharing one foundation.
