01 / The case
Invoicing from the chat where the sale already happens.
- Context
- FactStudio is a concept exploration for shops and independent professionals in Peru who issue electronic receipts. Many of those sales are arranged over WhatsApp; invoicing, however, still goes through the portal of SUNAT, Peru's tax authority.
- Challenge
- Issuing a receipt through the SUNAT web portal, on a phone and between one sale and the next, is slow and impractical. The concept had to shorten that chore without losing control: knowing what was issued, to whom and when.
- Approach
- We split the experience into two pieces: a WhatsApp conversation to issue, and a web panel to review and manage. We built the marketing landing page with plans, the sign-up and sign-in flows, and an early-access form connected to an n8n webhook, to measure interest before investing further.
What the concept defines
- Receipts and invoices issued through a guided WhatsApp flow.
- Web panel to review and manage invoicing.
- Marketing landing page with plans and pricing.
- User sign-up and sign-in.
- Early-access list connected to n8n.

What it shows
FactStudio shows how we validate a product idea before building all of it: a clear proposition, the main flow designed and a way to measure real interest. The landing page and the app share one Turborepo monorepo so they evolve together.
